Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced DM Production and Maintenance & Manager Production & Mantainence to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production and mantainence management and experience working in an FMCG or cosmetic/pharma manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee Mantainence processes

  • Ensure timely and cost-effective Mantainence

  • Implement quality control measures

  • Manage and train Mantainence staff

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

  • Analyze Mantainence data and implement improvements

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure equipment and machinery are in good working condition

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and optimize production

  • Manage maintenance staff and ensure they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively

  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential maintenance issues and implement corrective actions

  • Develop and manage maintenance budgets and ensure costs are controlled and optimized

  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards related to maintenance

  • Proficiency on software (SAP, ERP)

Requirements:

-Bachelor/ Master in Mantainence, or related field

  • Must Min 5-6 years of experience in Mantainence department management, preferably in an FMCG or cosmetic/pharma manufacturing company

  • Must have Strong knowledge of production, Mantainence planning, quality control, and safety protocols

  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
