Mid-Level Graphic Designer

What You'll Do:

  • Create visual assets for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and print materials.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director and Marketing team to develop
    consistent, accessible design systems
    that align with brand identity.
  • Design responsive layouts with accessibility in mind (color contrast, typography readability).
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of our
    brand and component design systems.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, web designers, and motion designers to deliver cohesive creative projects.
  • Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and best practices in accessibility and UX design.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of professional design experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both creativity and functional design thinking.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, (optional) Figma, and other design system tools.
  • Understanding of accessibility principles (color, contrast, typography, structure).
  • A solid grasp of layout, hierarchy, and brand consistency.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
