About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior DevOps Engineer
to join our team. This role requires an expert in building, automating, and optimizing cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines across
AWS, GCP, and hybrid environments
. As a senior member, you will lead DevOps best practices, mentor team members, and ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing infrastructure to support mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure on
    AWS and GCP
    .
  • Build and maintain
    CI/CD pipelines
    (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.) to streamline code deployment.
  • Implement and manage
    infrastructure as code (IaC)
    using
    Terraform/CloudFormation
    .
  • Ensure
    monitoring, logging, and observability
    using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, and Stackdriver.
  • Drive
    automation
    for provisioning, configuration management, and deployments (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc.).
  • Oversee
    security, compliance, and cost optimization
    across multi-cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure
    DevOps culture and practices
    are fully integrated.
  • Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production issues.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps best practices, guidelines, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years
    of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Cloud Engineering roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with
    AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.)
    and
    GCP (GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, IAM, Pub/Sub, etc.)
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    containerization and orchestration
    (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
  • Proficiency with
    infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
    .
  • Solid experience with
    Linux administration, networking, and security
    .
  • Strong scripting skills (
    Python, Bash, Go, or similar
    ).
  • Experience with
    monitoring & logging stacks
    (Prometheus, ELK, Grafana, Datadog, etc.).
  • Proven track record in
    designing high-availability and disaster recovery solutions
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with
    Azure
    or other cloud providers.
  • Background in
    FinOps, cost optimization, and performance tuning
    .
  • Familiarity with
    machine learning or big data workloads
    .
  • Certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, CKA/CKAD).
