Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Senior Python Developer with deep expertise in Python and Django to help advance our product offerings. As a vital member of our development team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable and robust web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python applications using the Django framework.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Adhere to software development best practices including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure seamless application functionality.
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in web development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Python Developer, with a strong emphasis on web development.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with the Django framework.
  • Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and data structures.
  • Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.
