Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Proposal Engineer position based in Lahore. The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals, analyzing project specifications, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring alignment with client requirements. The role involves collaborating with the engineering and sales teams to develop optimal solutions for customers, managing proposal documentation, and providing support during project delivery and execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge of automation solutions, industrial engineering, and control systems
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing technical proposals and detailed project specifications
  • Proficiency in analysis, feasibility studies, and cost estimation
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with engineering and client teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of relevant software tools and technologies used in automation and control systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in industrial automation or a similar field is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to meeting deadlines
