Job Description:

MindCare Wellness Centre is looking for a Clinical Psychologist to join our team in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad. This is a commission-based, appointment-driven role with flexible hours. The selected candidate will only attend the clinic when sessions are scheduled.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions (individual, couple, family).
  • Use evidence-based approaches
  • Maintain proper client records.
  • Provide psychoeducation and support when needed.

Requirements:

  • MS/MSc/BS in Clinical or Applied Psychology
  • Specialization/experience in CBT preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong skills may also be considered.
  • Must be a resident of DHA Phase 2, Islamabad.
  • Willing to work long-term with the clinic.
  • Open to learning and professional training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible hours.
  • Face-to-face sessions only when appointments are scheduled.
  • On-call availability based on client bookings.

Compensation:

  • Commission-based (per session).
  • Growth opportunities for committed professionals.

Timings may vary between 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
