Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant at NRSP Inc., located in New Karachi Town. The Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting the team with various projects, and ensuring efficient office operations. Key tasks include scheduling appointments, organizing files, preparing documents, answering phone calls and emails, and coordinating meetings. Additionally, the Assistant will be expected to handle various ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the team and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
