Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive with 3-4 years of relevant experience to manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring seamless POS license maintenance, financial compliance, and support for our restaurant clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the restaurant industry, accounting principles, and ERP systems, with the ability to handle tax-related processes and financial reporting efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain POS licenses for restaurant clients, ensuring compliance and renewal deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  • Provide expert advice and support on restaurant industry best practices and operational workflows.
  • Oversee PRA (Punjab Revenue Authority) and sales tax compliance and filings for clients.
  • Experience of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and payroll processing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely annual tax return preparations in accordance with local regulations.
  • Odoo ERP experience
  • Maintain detailed records of all transactions, licenses, and tax filings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and consultation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, tax laws, and technological advancements related to restaurant management and accounting.

Qualifications:

  • BBA (Hons) in Finance or equivalent degree.
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial management, preferably in the restaurant industry.
  • Knowledge of POS license maintenance and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of PRA, sales tax, and annual tax return procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems, particularly Odoo.
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under deadlines.
