Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented ERP Export Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing export documentation using our ERP software, ensuring compliance with international regulations and optimizing export operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process export documents in compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Utilize ERP software to track and manage export activities.
  • Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of export transactions and documentation.
  • Liaise with customs brokers and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth processing.
  • Analyze export data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide support in resolving any export-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and international trade laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with ERP systems and export documentation preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance standards.
