QC Incharge

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for the cricket ball section.
• Establish and enforce strict quality control procedures and standards for all stages of production (from raw material to finished goods).
• Conduct regular in-process inspections at various stages: leather inspection, core winding, covering, stitching, polishing, and finishing.
• Ensure the final product meets specified weight, size, shape, bounce, and hardness standards as per international cricket regulations.
• Lead, train, and manage the QC team on the production floor.
• Assign daily tasks to the QC team and monitor their performance.
• Identify, document, and analyze defects.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality checks, test results, and non-conforming products.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality performance reports for management.

Qualifications:

• F.A/B.A or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years
