Job Description:

We are seeking a
motivated Business Development Trainee (Upwork Bidder Intern)
to join our team. This role provides valuable
learning opportunities, growth potential, and a collaborative team environment.
The selected candidate will gain practical exposure in
Upwork bidding, client communication, and business development
for the IT industry.

Only applicants from Rawalpindi will be shortlisted.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and submit proposals for projects on Upwork.
• Communicate effectively with potential clients via written and spoken channels.
• Support the BD team in identifying business opportunities.
• Learn platform requirements and bidding strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams to align client needs with solutions.

What We are looking for:

• Fresh Graduates of 2025 (preferred: CS, IT, Software Engineering).
• Business, Commerce, or Arts graduates may also apply.
• Strong
  written and spoken English communication skills.
• Fast learner
  with a growth mindset and adaptability.
• Internship or
  freelance experience on Upwork
  is a plus.
• Prior
  experience in IT or sales (1–3 months)
  is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
