Job Title: Junior Accounts Clerk

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accounts Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the accounting department with various administrative tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the accounting field.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.

· Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time.

· Review and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.

· Maintain up-to-date financial records and documentation.

· Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.

· Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies.

· Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

· Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.

Qualifications:

· Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent (required).

· Associate degree in accounting or related field (preferred).

· Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
