Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karachi for an MTO (Management Trainee Officer). The MTO will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of production, quality control, and operations management. Daily tasks will include coordinating with different departments, learning and executing production processes, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. The MTO will also participate in training programs to develop leadership and technical skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Basic understanding of textile industry processes and standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience or internships in the textile industry is a plus
