Senior Medical Billing Executive
Instant Healthcare
is seeking an experienced
Senior Medical Billing Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in U.S. medical billing, AR follow-up, claim denials management, and revenue cycle optimization. You'll play a key role in overseeing daily billing operations, training junior staff, and ensuring maximum reimbursement for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end medical billing processes, including charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, and denial management.
Review claims for accuracy and compliance with payer requirements.
Handle complex claim follow-ups with insurance companies to resolve unpaid or denied claims.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports to track performance.
Train and mentor billing team members to maintain quality standards.
Communicate effectively with U.S. clients regarding claim statuses and financial updates.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
Identify process improvements to enhance RCM efficiency and reduce A/R days.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in U.S. medical billing / RCM.
Strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
Proficient in EHR/EMR and billing software (e.g., Kareo, AdvancedMD, Athena, etc.).
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Proven track record of reducing denials and improving collection rates.
Leadership experience is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
