Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver web and mobile app projects from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand requirements and communicate project progress.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, etc.).
  • Create and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Ensure high-quality output, meeting both client expectations and company standards.
  • Prepare progress reports and conduct regular review meetings.
  • Manage change requests and maintain proper project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in project management, ideally in a software or digital agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile app development processes.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp
  • Experience with Slack or similar team communication platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PMP or Scrum certification (optional but preferred).
