Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Limousine Dispatcher located in Lahore. The Limousine Dispatcher will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the dispatching of limousine services, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Day-to-day tasks include managing a team of drivers, scheduling pickups and drop-offs, addressing customer issues, and maintaining records of all dispatch activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in dispatching, scheduling, and logistics
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in using dispatch software and tools
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Prior experience in the transportation or limousine industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or transportation are advantageous
