We're Hiring – CNC Machine Operator

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating CNC machines, reading technical drawings, and producing high-precision components. A professional attitude, accuracy, and efficiency are key to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, or other) according to technical drawings

* Interpret and understand engineering blueprints and specifications

* Conduct regular machine checks and basic maintenance

* Monitor production output to ensure high-quality standards

* Troubleshoot minor issues and make necessary adjustments

* Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and equipment care

* Work collaboratively with supervisors and quality control teams

Requirements:

* Age: 28 to 35 years

* Experience: Minimum 3 to 6 years of hands-on CNC machine operation

* Strong understanding of CNC machining, tool setup, and materials

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Attention to detail and commitment to precision

* Professional work ethic and discipline in operations

* Familiarity with safety standards and quality control procedures
