About the Role

BTCM Consulting is hiring a
Data Entry – Procurement
resource to support our procurement operations. This role is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, good communication skills in English, and at least 1 year of experience in data entry or procurement support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain procurement-related data (purchase requests, POs, invoices, vendor records) in company systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
  • Coordinate with procurement officers and vendors to verify information.
  • Prepare and share basic procurement reports as needed.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of procurement records.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in
    data entry / administrative role
    (procurement background is a plus).
  • Require a Bachelor Degree.
  • Good command of
    English communication
    (verbal & written) – polished and professional.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office (Excel, Word)
    .
  • Ability to work independently in a
    night shift onsite role
    .
