Position Overview:
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Appointment Setter
to join our team for USA-based campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospects via phone, email, and other channels, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a confident accent, and the ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients across USA campaigns.
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and aligning them with our services.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure attendance and maintain engagement.
- Manage communications professionally to deliver a positive prospect experience.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and appointments in the CRM.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and conversion.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales development.
- Proven experience with USA campaigns is a strong advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear, confident accent.
- Ability to handle objections and engage prospects effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and dialers is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
