About the Role

We're looking for a
hands-on digital marketer
who's eager to take ownership of real campaigns and grow into a full marketing manager role.

If you've spent the last couple of years learning how to run ads, create content, and drive results — and you're ready to apply that across multiple channels — this role will give you the right mix of responsibility and learning.

You'll work closely with the founder and creative team, gaining exposure to strategy, execution, and client-side campaign management.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across social, search, and email.
  • Launch and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.).
  • Track performance metrics (leads, conversions, ROI) and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to ship creatives and landing pages.
  • Optimize content for websites, blogs, and social channels.
  • Stay current with marketing trends, tools, and platforms.
  • Manage and support interns or junior team members when needed.

You'll Fit If You Have

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or SaaS preferred).
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO fundamentals.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, or SEMrush.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi and available to work onsite at H-12.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Paid ads or CRM tools.
  • Understanding of conversion tracking and landing page optimization.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools.
