Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Intern to join our marketing team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation. The ideal candidate will assist in developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, and analyzing campaign performance to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

Duties

  • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite tools
  • Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation and industry trends
  • Support in SEO efforts, including keyword research and web analytics with Google Analytics
  • Develop engaging content including graphics, videos, and blog posts for various campaigns
  • Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to optimize reach and engagement
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, branding consistency, and quality assurance
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to support branding initiatives and relationship management
  • Track campaign performance through web analytics and provide insights for continuous improvement

Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and video editing
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and Google Analytics
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies including Facebook Advertising and branding techniques
  • Excellent content creation skills with an eye for photography and video editing
  • Ability to perform social listening to gauge audience sentiment and industry trends
  • Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as e-commerce, web analytics, and relationship management
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
