Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) Supervisor, located in Faisalabad. The PDI Supervisor will lead and manage the pre-delivery inspection process to ensure all vehicles meet quality and safety standards before delivery. Responsibilities include supervising inspection teams, adhering to operational standards, managing workflow, ensuring timely delivery targets, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The PDI Supervisor will also troubleshoot issues, provide training to team members, and uphold high standards of vehicle quality at all times.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in quality control, inspection procedures, and vehicle handling processes
  • Experience with team leadership, workflow management, and operational oversight
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and maintaining compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and motivate team members
  • Proven experience in the automobile, manufacturing, or related industries
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of safety and quality assurance standards in the automotive sector is an advantage
