We are seeking a Quality Assurance Intern (Female) who is detail-oriented and analytical. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or students to gain hands-on experience in Call Quality Assurance and Software Quality Assurance (SQA) within a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Call Quality Assurance

  • Monitor and evaluate outbound calls for compliance with scripts, customer service standards, and company policies.
  • Assist in generating QA reports with performance metrics and improvement areas.
  • Provide constructive feedback to agents under supervision.
  • Support the creation of training material based on QA findings.

Software Quality Assurance (SQA)

  • Assist in manual testing of web applications and digital products.
  • Help create and execute test cases under guidance.
  • Report and track bugs/defects using issue-tracking tools.
  • Document test results and QA processes.
  • Learn and apply basic automation testing concepts (if applicable).

Requirements

  • Education: Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Language: Fluent in English (verbal & written) with a neutral accent.
  • Technical Skills (Preferred):
  • Basic understanding of QA methodologies.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exposure to software testing concepts (manual/automation) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and eagerness to learn.
  • Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Monday to Friday, UK hours).

  • Duration: 3 months (with potential for full-time employment based on performance).
  • Job Type: Internship (Onsite).
