About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Quality Assurance Engineer (Fresh Graduate)
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to start their career in software testing and quality assurance. You'll work closely with our development and product teams to ensure that our applications meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Execute manual test cases and document results.
  • Report bugs and track them through resolution.
  • Support the team in creating and maintaining test documentation (test plans, test cases, test scripts).
  • Collaborate with developers to understand issues and verify fixes.
  • Participate in regression, functional, and integration testing.
  • Learn and gradually contribute to automation testing frameworks and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC).
  • Familiarity with QA concepts, testing types (functional, regression, usability, etc.).
  • Attention to detail and ability to think from an end-user perspective.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eagerness to learn testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JIRA, TestRail, etc.).

Nice-to-Have (Optional)

  • Internship or academic project experience related to testing or software quality.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation.
  • Exposure to version control systems (e.g., Git).
