Description:

We're looking for a motivated Solar Installer Helper to join our team You'll assist lead installers with setting up and installing residential and commercial solar systems. This role involves working outdoors, using hand tools, and helping ensure safe, high-quality installations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with solar panel installation and mounting
  • Load/unload materials and prepare job sites
  • Follow safety guidelines and support the installation team
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Experience in construction or roofing is a plus (but not required)
