1. Head of Partnerships & Collaborations
Responsibilities:

• Lead partnership strategies with government, donors, and private sector organizations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to support programs and funding.
• Negotiate MoUs and manage collaboration frameworks.
• Align partnership goals with organizational priorities and represent SB-PK100 in key events.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in partnerships or donor relations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong background in development or NGO sector.

2. Grant / Proposal / Report Writer
Responsibilities:

• Write grant proposals, donor reports, and concept notes.
• Research funding opportunities and potential partners.
• Collaborate with programs and communications teams for data and stories.
• Maintain organized proposal documentation.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in grant or proposal writing.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

3. Program Officers (CSR / Donor-Funded / Government / Collaborations)
Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and monitor social and donor-supported projects.
• Coordinate with government bodies, donors, and private partners.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and progress documentation.
• Support visibility and outreach activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in program management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

4. Head of Volunteers & Volunteer Network (General / International / UC-Level)
Responsibilities:

• Lead and expand SB-PK100's volunteer network.
• Recruit, train, and motivate volunteers across Pakistan.
• Coordinate UC-level and international volunteer initiatives.
• Support community drives, events, and outreach campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Social Sciences, Management, or related field.
• Experience in volunteer management preferred.
• Strong coordination and leadership skills.

5. Head of Fundraising & Fundraising Officers
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies.
• Manage donor engagement and fundraising campaigns.
• Identify new funding channels and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with communications for donor visibility.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of fundraising or NGO donor management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Creative and target-oriented approach.

6. Sponsor-a-Child / Sponsor-a-School In-Charge
Responsibilities:

• Oversee sponsorship campaigns for education programs.
• Coordinate with donors, schools, and communities.
• Ensure transparency and reporting for each sponsorship.

Requirements:

• Background in education, development, or fundraising.
• Excellent coordination and record management skills.

7. PK100 Secretariat (Operations & Coordination)
Responsibilities:

• Support administrative coordination across all departments.
• Ensure smooth communication between teams.
• Manage records, logistics, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in admin or coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
