Business Analyst – Healthwire

Location: Lahore

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to 100,000 PKR per month

About the Role

Healthwire is seeking a sharp, analytical, and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support financial planning, business evaluations, investment feasibility assessments, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deal Sourcing & Market Research

  2. Identify and research potential investment opportunities across targeted sectors.

  3. Conduct industry, market, and competitive landscape analysis.

  4. Track relevant macroeconomic trends and sector-specific developments.

  5. Financial Analysis & Modeling

  6. Build detailed financial models including valuation (DCF, comps, precedent transactions).

  7. Analyze company financial statements and assess business fundamentals.

  8. Perform sensitivity analysis and scenario planning.

  9. Due Diligence Support

  10. Assist in commercial, financial, and operational due diligence.

  11. Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors (legal, accounting, technical).

  12. Evaluate risks and mitigation strategies.

  13. Investment Memos & Presentation Materials

  14. Prepare investment briefs, IC (Investment Committee) memos, and pitch decks.

  15. Summarize key findings, risks, and recommendations.
  16. Present insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, valuation, and business strategy.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
