Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound B2B calls to UK-based clients
  • Present products and services clearly and convincingly
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
  • Collaborate with team leads to improve performance
  • Uphold professionalism and customer service standards

Requirements

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work in evening shifts

  • Basic computer literacy
  • Prior call center or telesales experience is a plus (but not required)

Must be between 18–30 years of age
