Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Safety Specialist . The Safety Specialist will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety by conducting risk assessments, developing safety protocols, and implementing safety measures. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring compliance with safety regulations, investigating incidents, and providing safety training to employees. The role will also involve maintaining safety records and preparing reports on safety performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in risk assessment, safety protocols, and implementing safety measures
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Skills in investigating incidents and providing safety training
  • Ability to maintain safety records and prepare safety performance reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Professional certifications in safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are a plus
