Role Description

The Program Manager will supervise the implementation of the
Helping Babies Breathe (HBB)
initiative in Lahore. This role requires a strong clinical background in Gynaecology /Obstetrics along with program management experience in the Maternal & Child Health (MCH) domain. The individual will ensure smooth execution of training activities, effective coordination with stakeholders, and quality monitoring for program outcomes.

Qualifications

  • MBBS (required), with specialization/experience in Gynecology/Obstetrics strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of organizational experience in Maternal & Child Health programs.
  • Experienced in Postpartum and Family planning services
  • Demonstrated skills in program planning, training, and monitoring.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
