About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled Shopify Developer to support our eCommerce operations. This is a part-time position focused on Shopify theme development, content updates, and technical support for third-party and custom apps. You'll collaborate closely with our core team to enhance site performance, implement new features, and maintain a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Theme Development & Customisation:
    Build, modify, and customise Shopify themes to align with UX/UI best practices and brand guidelines.
  • Content Updates:
    Manage product information, promotional assets, and landing pages across the Shopify storefront.
  • App & Function Support:
    Troubleshoot and provide technical support for third-party and custom-built Shopify apps and integrations.
  • Feature Implementation:
    Work with internal teams to roll out new front-end features and functionalities.
  • Performance Optimisation:
    Ensure the store is optimised for speed, performance, and responsiveness.
  • Custom App Development:
    Assist with occasional development and maintenance of custom Shopify apps using React and Shopify/Remix.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Shopify theme development and Liquid templating.
  • Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React skills.
  • Familiarity with Shopify APIs and third-party app integrations.
  • Experience with performance tuning and responsive design.
