About Us:

Strugbits is currently looking for a results-driven SEO Executive with a strong background in branding-focused SEO strategies (not e-commerce) to enhance our online presence, generate quality leads, and support our long-term growth through organic channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies that support brand visibility and organic lead generation.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, focusing on branding and service-related intent to attract the right audience.
  • Optimize website content, service pages, and blogs to increase reach, engagement, and credibility.
  • Perform regular SEO audits, technical analysis, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Track, measure, and report performance metrics, including ranking, traffic, and lead conversions.
  • Identify SEO trends, monitor search engine algorithm updates, and adapt strategies to maintain and improve rankings.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO is integrated into all aspects of brand marketing.
  • Perform competitor analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and new branding strategies.
  • Stay updated with SEO trends, best practices, and emerging tools to ensure continuous growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in a software house or digital agency with a focus on branding, not e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing SEO strategies that drive qualified traffic and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and trend analysis.
  • Familiarity with technical SEO aspects, including crawlability, indexing, and performance optimization.

Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs90,000.00 per month
