Responsibilities:

• Plant and maintain a variety of plant species, including flowers, trees, shrubs, and vegetables.
• Conduct regular inspections of plants to assess their health and identify any issues such as diseases, pests, or nutrient deficiencies.
• Develop and implement strategies for plant care, including watering schedules, fertilization programs, and pest control measures.
• Prune and trim plants to maintain their shape, size, and overall appearance.
• Propagate plants through various methods such as seed sowing, grafting, or division.
• Collaborate with landscape architects and designers to plan and execute garden designs.
• Provide guidance and support to gardeners and other staff members involved in plant care.

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor & Master in Horticulture.

• Familiarity with different plant species, their growth requirements, and common diseases and pests.
• Proficiency in plant propagation techniques and plant care practices.
• Strong observational skills to assess plant health and diagnose issues.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of landscaping principles and best practices is a plus.
