raft accessible, performant UI and on‑brand web assets that power Markcon's website, web app, and Saudi‑market campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve the corporate website (content, performance, a11y, SEO hygiene).
  • Translate Figma into responsive, reusable UI components for the web app/platforms.
  • Produce web‑ready assets (SVGs/illustrations, banners; light motion where helpful) aligned to KSA campaigns.
  • Document patterns and decisions; keep repos tidy and reviewed via PRs.
  • Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Creative to plan and deliver road‑mapped work.

Must-Have Skills

  • Portfolio of shipped sites/apps;
  • Figma; HTML/CSS/JS; React (or Vue);
  • Git/GitHub;
  • Clear English communication;
  • Ability to gather requirements and handle feedback.

  • Split between new feature work, web maintenance, and fast-turn KSA campaign pages.
  • Short iterations with frequent small releases; GitHub PR reviews and tidy repos.
  • Specs evolve—expect to help refine Figma handoffs and document decisions.

Cross-Time Zone Expectations

  • Regular overlap with London (late afternoon/early evening PKT) for stand-ups and reviews.
  • Coordination with KSA stakeholders.

Common Challenges

  • Balancing accessibility, performance (Core Web Vitals), and SEO while moving quickly.
  • Translating brand into responsive, reusable React components from imperfect briefs.
  • Adapting UI for Arabic/RTL and producing web-ready assets that localise well.
  • Dealing with some legacy markup/CMS constraints alongside modern stack work.
