About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Support Engineer to join our team. As a Support Engineer specializing in WordPress, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive timely and effective technical support via email and Zoom calls. You will work independently and with our development team to resolve customer issues, provide product guidance, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through designated communication mediums.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our WordPress products and services, including compatibility, functionality, and usage questions.
  • Assist customers in leveraging the full potential of our services, including E-commerce, LMS, memberships, affiliate programs, gamification, and more.
  • Collaborate with our development team to investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document and track customer-reported bugs and enhancement requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer queries and support cases.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, knowledge base articles, and tutorials.
  • Stay up to date on WordPress updates, best practices, and trends to provide informed support.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with international clients and confidently resolving their queries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, plugins, and the broader ecosystem.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience providing technical support in a software development environment.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
