Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Unemployed professional based in Lahore. The day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment processes, increasing corporate responsibility, and supporting seamless candidate experiences. The professional will be engaging with clients and hiring managers to meet and exceed recruitment goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment processes, including managing and directing various phases
• Strong communication and partnership-building skills
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore and engage with clients directly
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with recruitment software and tools
• Experience in creating seamless candidate experiences is a plus
• Relevant educational background and professional certifications
