Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to oversee our development team, manage project workflows, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a hands-on technical expert, and an effective leader who can guide developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations within the tech department.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the development team to ensure productivity and professional growth.
  • Allocate tasks based on skill sets, workload, and project priorities.
  • Conduct daily/weekly standups, performance check-ins, and team meetings.
  • Resolve team blockers, conflicts, and technical challenges promptly.

Project & Delivery Management

  • Ensure all development tasks, sprints, and releases are delivered on time.
  • Monitor progress of ongoing tasks and maintain clear documentation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to define scope and timelines.
  • Maintain a smooth development workflow with proper version control and review processes.

Technical Oversight

  • Provide hands-on technical guidance and support across front-end, back-end, and DevOps areas.
  • Review code for quality, optimization, and adherence to best practices.
  • Ensure the implementation of scalable, secure, and reliable architecture.
  • Facilitate integration of new technologies, tools, and standards.

Process Improvement

  • Enhance development processes, sprint planning, code review structures, and deployment cycles.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, documentation practices, and agile workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of hands-on development experience (full-stack preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience leading or mentoring a team.
  • Strong command over modern development frameworks, databases, and version control (e.g., Git).
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, cloud technologies, and deployment workflows.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and task management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within timelines.
