Company Overview:

RTC LEAGUE
is a fast growing software development company specializing in WebRTC, Media Servers, DevOps, AI-based Bots and Conversational Platforms (including our flagship product TelEcho - AI Conversational Platform).

We're expanding rapidly and are looking for a detail oriented, tech savvy Accountant to manage our financial operations, ensure compliance and support decision making with accurate reporting.

Position: Accountant (Preference: candidates familiar with US accounting standards)

Location: Gulberg Lahore

Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Experience: 3+ years of professional accounting experience (preferably in IT / software industry)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day to day accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll and expense tracking.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with US GAAP.

Handle client invoicing, vendor payments and reconciliation of accounts.

Collaborate with US tax consultants to prepare and file taxes.

Manage multi currency transactions (USD, PKR, etc.) and reconcile bank statements.

Oversee software licensing, project cost allocation and expense categorization.

Support management with budget forecasting, cost analysis and profitability reports.

Implement financial controls and best practices to support company scalability.

Work with cross-functional teams (HR, BD, Operations) for financial planning and reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

3+ years of accounting experience ideally in a technology or services based company.

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and compliance requirements.

Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Xero or similar accounting software.

Familiarity with Stripe, PayPal and international payment gateways.

Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to manage time sensitive tasks and handle confidential information responsibly.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing US based entities or remote international teams.

Knowledge of financial modeling, SaaS metrics or cost optimization.

CPA certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Understanding of software project accounting and subscription revenue recognition.
