Position Overview:

We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented
E-commerce Expert
to manage and grow our presence on
eBay
and
Etsy
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in product listings, keyword optimization, store management, and customer engagement on both platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, optimize, and manage product listings on
    eBay
    and
    Etsy
  • Research trending products, keywords, and competitors to improve visibility and conversions
  • Manage store performance, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns
  • Handle customer queries, order processing, and feedback professionally
  • Analyze sales reports and provide performance insights for growth
  • Coordinate with the creative and content teams for product images, descriptions, and SEO-friendly copy
  • Maintain marketplace compliance and ensure listings meet platform standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    6 months to 1 year
    of experience managing eBay and/or Etsy stores
  • Strong understanding of product listing optimization and SEO best practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in English (written & verbal)
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Excel, and marketplace analytics (preferred)
