We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Human Resources to support and strengthen our HR operations at Giga Mall, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions, ensuring smooth employee relations, handling recruitment processes, and contributing to overall organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from job posting and screening to interviews and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Support performance management and employee appraisal processes.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters in coordination with senior management.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee performance and engagement.
  • Prepare HR reports, attendance, and payroll inputs for management review.
  • Assist in planning employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate or retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and performance management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS experience is a plus).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Pay: Rs75, Rs100,000.00 per month
