Job Overview

Prismware Technologies is seeking a highly proficient
React Developer
with demonstrated expertise in

,
React-Router
, and hands-on experience with
Microsoft Graph API
and
Azure Cloud services
. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade applications integrated with the Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive single‑page applications using
  React 18
  ,
  React Router v6
  (nested routing, data loaders, code splitting).
• Build and maintain REST/GraphQL endpoints with
  /
  , applying secure coding and testing practices.
• Integrate authentication/authorization flows with
  Azure AD (MSAL)
  and access organizational data through
  Microsoft Graph
  .
• Consume and surface APIs (internal & third‑party), handling pagination, caching, and optimistic UI updates.
• Write clean, maintainable TypeScript and enforce code quality via ESLint, Prettier, and unit/integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library, SuperTest).
• Optimize performance (lazy loading, memoization, bundle analysis) and ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Collaborate with UX designers to translate Figma mock‑ups into reusable components (Tailwind CSS / MUI / custom design system).
• Deploy and monitor apps on
  Azure App Service
  , configure
  Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions
  CI/CD pipelines, and manage IaC (Bicep / Terraform) for supporting resources.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to story refinement, and provide realistic estimates.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming.

Must haves:

• 2 years building production SPAs with React (hooks, context, suspense).
• Deep knowledge of React Router, component state management (Context, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or equivalent).
• 2 years with & ; building secure REST/GraphQL services.
• Hands‑on with Azure AD (OAuth2/OpenID Connect), MSAL, Azure App Service, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Unit, integration, and E2E testing; CI pipelines.
• Git & GitHub flow.
• Proven ability to collaborate in distributed teams and explain technical concepts clearly.
