The Role – Insolvency Administrator

This is not your usual desk job. As an Insolvency Administrator, you'll be the person UK clients turn to when they're struggling with debt. You'll manage their cases, guide them through processes, and communicate with creditors on their behalf. Think of yourself as the bridge between clients and solutions.

What You'll Do

Provide support to UK clients facing financial challenges.

Keep accurate, up-to-date case records and documentation.

Communicate with clients and creditors through professional calls and emails.

Follow UK financial guidelines and company policies to ensure compliance.

What We're Looking For

Strong English speaking and written communication skills.

Confidence, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.

A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

Fresh graduates OR experienced professionals — both are welcome

Experience in finance or customer service will be an advantage.
