Job Description: Office Boy

As an Office Boy, you will be responsible for maintaining , assisting with basic administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day support for office .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests.
  • Assist in photocopying, filing, scanning, and other clerical tasks when required.
  • Handle indoor and outdoor office errands, such as bank deposits, mail delivery, and purchasing supplies.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are set up before scheduled meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum matriculation or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience as an Office Boy or in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
