SourceTeK, a portfolio company of The Services Tree, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Admin to oversee and support the day-to-day administrative operations of our organization.

The ideal candidate will manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors, maintain records, handle cash management, and ensure smooth office operations while assisting management and staff in administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily office operations and efficiency in administrative processes.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Prepare monthly rental and daily expense sheets.
  • Manage petty cash with proper record-keeping and filing.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters) professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Support all teams with administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
