content rockstar
who can ideate, create, edit, and manage content while building vibrant online communities.

Role Overview

We need someone who lives and breathes social media — a creator who can produce
scroll-stopping content on Canva, edit videos seamlessly on CapCut Pro, ride trending sounds/memes, and actively engage with online communities
.

This isn't a role for someone who only "manages" content — we want a hands-on creator who can make things happen fast and with flair.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Design
  • Create static posts, carousels, stories, and reels using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Edit short-form videos and reels on CapCut Pro with speed and creativity.
  • Stay on top of social trends (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) and adapt them for brand storytelling.
  • Video & Social Media Execution
  • Shoot/edit content on the fly (events, activations, BTS, client campaigns).
  • Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized, viral-ready edits.
  • Add captions, transitions, and trending audio to drive engagement.
  • Community Management
  • Respond to DMs, comments, and tags in a brand-consistent voice.
  • Build online relationships with influencers, creators, and audiences.
  • Spark conversations, moderate groups, and grow loyal brand advocates.
  • Campaign Support & Analytics
  • Collaborate with the strategy team to roll out campaign calendars.
  • Track performance, engagement, and report insights.
  • Experiment with A/B testing across content formats and posting times.

Requirements

  • Strong skills in
    Canva & CapCut Pro
    (knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook & LinkedIn trends.
  • Hands-on experience in
    shooting & editing content fast
    .
  • Strong copywriting skills — short, witty, and trend-driven.
  • Comfortable engaging with communities in comments/DMs.
  • Bonus: Experience with
    social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)
    .
