Suzuki South Showroom is looking for an experienced and dedicated **Body Shop Incharge** to lead and manage our body & paint shop operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality repair work, efficient workflow, customer satisfaction, and team supervision.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise all denting, painting, and body repair activities.
* Assign jobs to technicians and ensure timely delivery.
* Monitor repair quality as per Suzuki standards.
* Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
* Maintain repair records, and daily reports.
* Ensure workshop safety, discipline, and cleanliness.
* Manage costs, reduce wastage, and improve efficiency.
**Requirements:**
* **3–5 years** proven experience in automobile body/paint shop management.
* Strong technical knowledge of denting, painting, and accident repairs.
* Leadership and team management skills.
* Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
