Role Overview

As a QA Engineer at MTBC CareCloud, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our healthcare technology solutions. You will design and execute test cases, identify and track bugs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver error-free products. Candidates with
Clinical
or
RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
domain expertise will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
  • Identify, log, and track bugs to closure.
  • Ensure software meets healthcare compliance, performance, and security standards.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, processes, and results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing processes, and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla).
  • Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries for backend validation.
  • Familiarity with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
