Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Karāchi. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and training the sales team, and enhancing customer service quality. The day-to-day tasks include identifying new market opportunities, maintaining excellent customer relationships, overseeing sales operations, and collating sales data for analysis. This role requires close collaboration with other departments to align sales and marketing objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Experience in Training sales personnel
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the retail industry is a plus
