Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Site Engineer
to join our Operations team. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site solar installation projects, ensuring technical compliance, quality execution, and timely completion of deliverables. This role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on problem-solving, and excellent coordination with project teams and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise solar installation projects from planning to commissioning.
  • Conduct site surveys, prepare reports, and support in design validation.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Coordinate with the operations, design, and procurement teams for smooth project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance to technicians and subcontractors on site.
  • Monitor daily progress, prepare work reports, and highlight risks/delays.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of systems.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project status.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 1–3 years of experience in solar PV or electrical site engineering roles.
  • Hands-on knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, structures, and electrical wiring.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
