Octek

is looking for a
mid-level Java Developer

with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable, high-performance applications. This is a great opportunity to work on exciting projects in a professional and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using
    Spring / Spring Boot frameworks

.
- Build and consume
RESTful APIs

and integrate third-party services.
- Work with
databases

(MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar) and ensure efficient data handling.
- Implement
Microservices architecture

and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with team members in an
Agile/Scrum environment

.
- Ensure clean, testable, and maintainable code with
best practices and design patterns

.
- Debug and optimize applications for performance and security.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–4 years

of professional Java development experience.
- Strong expertise in
Core Java, OOP concepts, and Design Patterns

.
- Hands-on experience with
Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, Maven/Gradle

.
- Good knowledge of
REST APIs, JSON, XML, and Web Services

.
- Experience with
version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab)

.
- Familiarity with
cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and Docker

is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.
